Rose Pilates is your community and we are so grateful that you choose to spend your time with us. We value you as individuals and members of our community. In order to keep this space a welcoming, refined, and respectful environment we have some policies in place. Any questions feel free to reach out to info@rosepilatessc.com. All policies are subject to change at the studio owner's discretion.
It is highly recommended that students wear grippy socks to class. We do not at present sell them.
Our cancellation window is 12 hours. If you cancel inside the 12 hour mark and you have a class pack you will lose your class and incur an additional $10 charge. If you have an unlimited membership and you cancel inside the window it will be a $20 charge. If you do not show for class and you have a class pack you will lose the class and incur a $15 charge. If you do not show to a class that you signed up for and you have an unlimited membership you will be charged $25. A note on late cancellation and no show policies. We do not want to charge you extra for missing or late canceling classes, however, it is not sustainable to allow people to hold spots, late cancel, or no show and not be charged. We understand that life happens and things do come up, you are encouraged to reach out whenever you feel it is necessary, but we do have to hold our policies in place.
We ask that you do your best to arrive on time to class. Traffic happens and life happens which is why we have a 5 minute grace period. We ask that you do not take that as permission to always be 5 minutes late, that is not the designated purpose. We cannot allow you to start class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. It is not safe to begin class having missed the warm up and it is very distracting to the class and teacher when you arrive late and need separate instructions to set up.
We hold our instructors to a very high standard. All are welcome here and all are made to feel welcome here. It is our goal that every time you leave Rose Pilates you feel better than when you arrived. We ask that you as clients extend that same level of courtesy to our instructors and staff.
You are more than welcome to reach out to info@rosepilatessc.com anytime you have questions, comments, or concerns. A member of management will respond and help in any way they can. We know that many of our clients have individual relationships with instructors and your communication with them outside of the studio is between client and instructor. We do ask that any questions about the studio come straight to management as often when you ask them a question they then have to ask management. So skip the middle step and reach out to us, that is what we are here for!
